Summary:

The Quality Reliability Engineer will provide reliability analysis, root cause analysis, continuous improvement process in a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) quality and process improvement (DMAIC) environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Electrical Manufacturing Systems Reliability prediction, root cause and reliability analysis, and continuous improvement process in electrical manufacturing systems.

Qualification Requirements:

• BS in Engineering (Electrical engineering preferred).
• 3-5 years’ experience in electrical manufacturing systems environment.
• Having worked as a lead, or having prior leadership responsibilities.         
• Strong background in lean principles and 6 sigma methods and tools.
• Skilled in the DMAIC improvement cycle.
• Skilled in root cause and reliability analysis. 
• Experience in supplier quality, continuous process and quality improvement.
• Experience with ISO-9001 highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.       
• Sig Sigma Certified (Green Belt, Lean Sense, or Black Belt) highly preferred. 
• Good communicator with strong leadership, and technology background.
