SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is passionate about safeguarding Wi-Tronix’s IT infrastructure and systems to provide a minimum 99.9% availability to our external SaaS customers and internal application customers. Successful candidates will ensure optimum operation of all Wi-Tronix network, servers, cloud hosted systems and security systems.  

 This  self-driven and solutions oriented person will be required to troubleshoot complex situations including:

·         Acting and performing as Tier 3 support

·         Maintaining the company’s Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure 

Qualification Requirements: 

Experience: 5+ years’ experience as VMware Systems Administrator (VMware 6.0/6.5);

Advanced troubleshooting, performance monitoring (Server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016); Experience upgrading major systems and components and take the project from concept inception through delivery deployment, and working with AWS.

Must have hands on experience with AWS Cloud solutions (Setting up new sites/zones, Manage EC2 Instances, S3, Containers, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, VPCs) as well as system infrastructure.

A proven track record of support that includes: Senior level support, configuration and troubleshooting for:

·       Windows servers

·       Linux Servers

·       VMware 6.x

·       AWS Solutions

·       SAN technologies
