The purpose of this role is to lead Lean Six Sigma (LSS) quality and process improvements (DMAIC) projects and provide LSS training to Wi-Tronix employees. This person demonstrates and coaches team in the understanding and practical application of LSS tools and methodologies.

The Core Functions are:

• Lean Six Sigma Change Agent - create a culture of continuous process and quality improvement
• Lean Six Sigma training and development – train and mentor employees on lean principles and 6 sigma methods and tools
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects – select, plan, and organize LSS project teams. Ensure projects success and quantify financial benefits.

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA Degree in a STEM field
• At least 3 years of experience leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects. Preferably in both a manufacturing and engineering organization.
