Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Clean, maintain and organize heavy equipment, construction equipment and various pieces of machinery.

- Assists in the loading/unloading, cleaning, stacking rock, stacking/loading bags of aggregates including soil and mulch.

- Maintain work area and yard area in an organized manner.

- Assist with service and maintenance.

- Forklift experience a plus.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: DOE

Skills: 

- Understands the importance of time management and procedures.

- Ability to operate large heavy machinery.

- Ability to handle assorted tools properly and safely.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, on feet all day

- Motivated individual, hardworking, responsible, reliable transportation

- General maintenance abilities

- Strong organizational skills

- Must exhibit a high level of safety and a clear understanding of equipment safety.

- Good communication, sense of urgency, stress management

Requirements:

- Educational background: high school diploma or GED

- Must pass background, drug testing, physical examinations

Position is 40 hours. Opportunity for advancement. Must pass background, drug testing, physical examinations. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, must be reliable, bilingual a plus.
