- Ability to oversee production and metrics in a production line.

- Experience managing a large team is preferred.

- MUST BE BILINGUAL

- Able to meet production expectations, and achieve goals.

- Successful track record, management experience (minimum 5 yrs)

- Manufacturing experience, production, construction, comparable industries

- Must be able to work 3rd shift and be a leader during night time hours.

- Must be able to work a Flexible work schedule

- Will be in charge of both North and South Austin locations

- Fluent in both English and Spanish required

- Management experience (5 yrs minimum)

- Solid work experience with no gaps

- Problem solver, ability to make adequate decision and work in a team environment.

- Knowledgeable with various equipment such as forklift, tools, etc.
