Our client is now expanding their team and looking for driven Sales Representatives and experienced Sales Managers / DRLPs who are ready to lead, sell, and earn big.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with business owners & HR managers (B2B)

• Conduct needs analysis, collect census data & present tailored quotes (we handle the quoting!)

• Manage your pipeline with our CRM + auto dialer – no manual dialing

• Close new group accounts & build lifelong residual income

• Step into Sales Manager / DRLP roles and lead territories or teams as you grow

Compensation & Career Growth

• 30% commission on new business + lifetime vested renewals (no resets)

• Bonuses up to $10,000/month based on performance

• Earning Potential (OTE):

  • Ramp (3–6 months): $6K–$10K/month

  • Year 1: $70K–$120K

  • Year 2–3: $200K–$300K (including renewals & residuals)

• 🚀 Career Path:
  Sales Rep → Senior Producer → Executive Account Manager → Sales Manager → DRLP

Who We’re Looking For:

• Must hold an active Life & Health license

• Experience in group benefits or B2B sales preferred
