What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential partners to grow our merchant network.

  • Craft persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to partner needs and industry sectors.

  • Conduct deep market research to uncover new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

  • Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless integration experience for new partners.

  • Track outreach progress and manage timely follow-ups to keep the pipeline strong and moving.

  • Support partnership negotiations and contract execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date partner records and agreements using CRM tools.

  • Gather and relay partner feedback to optimize engagement strategies and improve performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to amplify partner success.

  • Stay alert to industry movements and competitor activity to sharpen our outreach strategies.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Partnerships Manager on outreach performance, wins, and roadblocks.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client acquisition roles.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and outreach tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re confident, clear, and persuasive.

  • A proactive mindset with sharp organization and follow-up discipline.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and leads with focus and professionalism.
