Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinting and PPF Installer to join our client’s team in Battleford and Various locations around Prince Albert Region and Saskatoon-Biggar Region in Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applying high-quality window tints and paint protection films (PPF) on vehicles with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, technical accuracy, and maintaining a clean work environment. Work schedule is 5 days per week. Shifts are usually from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime and work on weekends may be required depending on the business needs.
Qualifications
Accurately measure, cut, and apply window tinting films to vehicle windows, ensuring a smooth and bubble-free finish.
Remove old or damaged tints and prepare window surfaces for new applications.
Install and remove vinyl graphics and decals on various surfaces, ensuring precision and quality.
Clean and prepare vehicles and other surfaces for the application of tint, paint protection film (PPF), or decals.
Disassemble and reassemble parts of vehicles as required for installations.
Perform tire repairs and balancing to ensure proper functionality.
Travel to client locations to perform on-site installations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and exceeds client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience of at least 5 years in window tinting and 3 years in paint protection.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
Ability to distinguish between colors.
Physically capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
In-depth knowledge of tint and paint protection film (PPF) materials, tools, and application techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
