Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
  • Book 2-3 appointments daily using an educational approach tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and nurture your own book of business.
  • Identify client concerns quickly, provide effective solutions, and de-escalate issues as needed.
  • Use critical thinking to address client problems and determine the best course of action.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of services and proactively apply this knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions while multitasking during calls.
  • Meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality standards in line with call scripts and workflows.

 

    Qualifications

    Who You Are?

    • 3-5 years of inside sales experience preferred, with home services experience as a plus.
    • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong judgement and decision-making skills to address client needs effectively.
    • Proficient in Google Suite and experienced with HubSpot.
    • Comfortable with a pre-employment background check.

      • Competitive hourly pay is $25-28/hr, with additional and $10-15k in commissions and bonuses for on target goals.
