As a Career Specialist, you will execute the delivery of career counseling services under the guidance of the Career Counseling Consultant. Your role is pivotal in supporting clients to navigate their career paths successfully.

Responsibilities:

         Service Execution:

• Craft compelling CVs and optimize LinkedIn profiles to enhance client visibility.

• Conduct targeted job searches and manage job applications.

• Provide thorough interview preparation tailored to each client's needs.
  
  Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to gather essential information and provide regular updates on service progress.

• Address client inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues to the Consultant when necessary.

        Data Management:

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of all client data and service outcomes into the cloud database.

• Maintain organized records of client interactions and service documents.
  
  Quality Control:

• Adhere to quality standards and guidelines provided by the Consultant.

• Conduct self-checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of work before submission.
  
  Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

• Offer suggestions for improving service processes and client engagement based on personal experience and client feedback.
  
  Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with associates and the Consultant to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Assist team members as needed to meet client needs and deadlines.
