Job Description

As the Business Development Director at Nahil Computers, you will be a key driver in shaping the organization's future growth and success. We are in search of a candidate with over 10 years of distinguished experience in the IT reseller and system integration industry, ideally with a global perspective gained from exposure in Europe or North America. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing and leading a new business line/department, contributing significantly to our strategic objectives.

Market Expansion:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
  • Formulate and execute effective strategies for entering new markets and expanding our regional footprint.
  • Assess and enhance current company capabilities to align with market demands.
     

  Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

  • Develop robust financial models and forecasts for the new business line/department, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
     

  Business Line/Department Establishment:

  • Lead the establishment of the new business line/department, oversee the hiring process for a competent head, or personally lead the department.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and milestones for the new business line/department.
     

  Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
     

  International Experience:

  • Leverage your international experience to infuse global best practices into the organization.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with international partners and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of demonstrable experience in the IT reseller and system integration industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business growth strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to create and manage complex financial models.
  • International experience, preferably in Europe or North America.
  • A deep understanding of the industry landscape, coupled with the ability to align strategies with organizational objectives.
