About the Role:

As an Investment Operations Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving key projects within the investment operations domain.

Here are your key responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Leads end-to-end project management of investment operations initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines.

Operational Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies within the investment operations processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, risk management, and compliance, to ensure seamless project execution.

Risk Management:

• Assess and mitigate risks associated with investment operations projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Technology Integration:

• Work closely with the IT department to integrate and implement technological solutions that enhance investment operations efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to track project progress and key performance indicators.

• 3+ years in investment operations with a successful project management track record.
• Strong knowledge of Crest, Overseas Custodians, and FCA regulations.
• Proven experience in the wealth management sector.
