Job Description

To support our mobile games during the summer months, we are looking for 1 Customer Care Support - Part Time.

You’ll work on our product team as the contact point for users’ requests.

What you will do :

  • Using our internal chat, assist and support users’ requests providing technical support

  • Be the first contact point between external users and product team (designers and developers)

  • Collect users feedback to understand how to improve our customer relationship management

  • Analyze rating competitor games to improve our social presence on IOS&Android store

Qualifications

  • Community management skills

  • Be native of the language in which the game is based on
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Knowing traditions and rituals of your country
  • Good organizational skills
  • Autonomy capacity
  • Good Computer skills
