Job Description

We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team for a 6-month fixed-term period while we complete our ERP system implementation. 

You’ll be responsible for a mix of payroll administration, credit card administration and general financial support for the team.

 

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Managing changes to our payroll, responding to payroll queries and reviewing payroll calculations from our external payroll service provider.
  • Preparation and processing of the weekly contractor payroll.
  • Preparing tax returns (including RWT, NRWT, FBT,  and GST).
  • Responsible for company credit card administration.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience processing payroll data
  • Experience in a role providing finance or accounting support
  • Strong communication skills to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Great time management, is well organised in their work and can meet deadlines
  • The ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment

If you have any accounting/business qualifications, and you’ve used Sage 300, that’s an advantage (but by no means essential.

Additional Information

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. We expect the fixed-term to run through til early-October 2025.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (pro-rated)
