Wētā Workshop is seeking expressions of interest from visionary Creative Directors to lead and inspire teams in crafting groundbreaking immersive experiences. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of spatial storytelling by overseeing the creation of breathtaking immersive experiences,  theatre, cultural destinations, themed attractions, and cinematic worlds.

As a seasoned leader, you will bring a wealth of experience in creative leadership, a proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, and a portfolio that showcases your expertise in Experience Design, Exhibition & Museum design, Spatial design, or Themed Entertainment.

Your leadership skills will be backed by technical proficiency in:

• Required software: Photoshop, Vectorworks, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Nice to have: Revit, Grasshopper, Blender.
