Wētā Workshop are looking for an experienced Creative Producer with a passion for creating memorable visitor experiences. Our experiential design and build offering can traverse towering hyper-real figures, fantastical environments, cultural immersive experiences, interactive sculptural works, and emotionally-moving shows.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the creative production needs of assigned projects, and for ensuring successful outcomes through creative development, realization and execution phases. You will facilitate creative briefs, develop timelines, budgets, manage resource, and secure vendors. 

Creative excellence is at the heart of everything we do, and your role works collaboratively with our in-house creative and production team, steering the creative success of any project. 

Experience bringing exhibitions, theatre, and immersive experiences to life is a must.
