Job Description

Our Creative Studio is a collective of art directors, concept artists, spatial designers, writers, production crew, and creative thinkers. Together, we are a brain-trust of creativity delivering world-class designs for Location Based Experiences, Film and AAA Games.

We’re looking for a Location Based Exhibition-Focused (but not exclusively) Production Manager to join the crew – responsible for managing and scheduling the creative team on  projects to ensure they’re completed on time, on budget and on spec.


The Production Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing, managing and tracking project milestones, timelines and budgets – including assisting with bid creation
  • Day to day project management, communications and client engagement
  • Managing client submissions
  • General coordination for projects

Who we’re looking for:

We need someone with either Production or Project Management experience within the entertainment industry.

You’ll have an eye for detail, the ability to adapt and problem solve on the fly and a commitment to ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

You will be able to build strong relationships and communicate professionally, with people at all levels.

Office 365 experience, along with familiarity with the Adobe Creative suite, will round out our ideal candidate.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $72,000 per annum
