Job Description

Our workshop floor is alive with activity. With seventeen manufacturing departments housed in one facility, we have the technology, techniques, and talented crew to tackle almost any creative brief.

From engineering to woodwork. Textiles to paint. Mold-making to model-making. 3D milling and casting, to sword-smithing and sculpture. For our manufacture crew, traditional handcraft walks hand in hand with innovative technology on all our projects.

We’re looking for a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of projects, from very early stages through to post-delivery – helping ensure our product is delivered on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of our clients.

This role is responsible for:

  • Client/account management
  • Working with the project team to plan, execute, and deliver a wide variety of project types
  • Providing key information to ensure accurate quoting for jobs
  • Developing project briefs, schedules and budgets – and tracking them
  • Monitoring margin targets
  • Project reporting and keeping stakeholders informed.

You can find out more about the day to day aspects of the role in our job description here.

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in production management, or strong project/account management experiences and the ability to transfer their skills to a manufacturing environment. An understanding of the manufacturing process is preferable.

You’ll be able to prioritise your time well (you may be involved with multiple projects at once), be capable of managing a lot of information while maintaining attention to detail, and have the ability to organise yourself and other people well.

Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate to a wide audience both in writing and verbally, are a must.

Things change quickly here, so we need someone who is proactive, has a lot of initiative and can work collaboratively to see projects through to completion. You’ll also need to be flexible as we have clients around the world, which can mean client meetings happening outside of standard working hours.

You’ll also need to know your way round excel to an intermediate level.

Why us?

We are a workplace like no other – we have a wide variety of projects creating products for film, tv, location-based experiences, collectibles, public art, private commissions … and more.

Our crew are passionate about the work they do, creating a unique and inspiring workplace.
