As a Sales Representative / OPC Greeter, you will serve as the first point of contact for the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you will engage with vacationers, promote the Westgate Resorts experience, and encourage qualified guests to visit our resort properties by offering exclusive discounts on attraction tickets and vacation packages.
In addition to generating tour opportunities, you will assist with booking room nights, selling attraction tickets, and providing concierge-style services that help create memorable vacation experiences. Your ability to build rapport, identify guest needs, and deliver exceptional service will directly contribute to your success.

What You'll Do:
- Generate sales opportunities by engaging guests and presenting exclusive savings on local attractions, entertainment, and vacation experiences.
- Promote resort tours by building rapport with visitors, pre-qualifying prospective guests, and effectively communicating the value of Westgate ownership opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional, five-star customer service that enhances the guest experience while maximizing tour sign-ups and earning potential.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to overcome objections, identify guest needs, and confidently close opportunities.
- Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, ticket sales, and guest reservations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay informed on current promotions, resort offerings, and attraction pricing to provide guests with the most compelling vacation packages and savings opportunities.

- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality, tourism, retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Previous OPC, marketing, timeshare, vacation ownership, or sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals ready to succeed.
