Job Description

Our company is seeking a Director of Field Marketing & Lead Generation - Full Time in Orlando, FL to lead high-impact, territory-based marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation and appointment conversion. This full-time, on-site leadership role is hiring immediately and is ideal for an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in event marketing, field operations, and team leadership. The Director of Field Marketing will oversee multi-location marketing campaigns, optimize conversion performance, and lead high-performing teams to deliver measurable business growth across Central Florida.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and execute field marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns within assigned territory, driving appointment conversions and ROI
  • Oversee event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for marketing activations, trade shows, and community outreach
  • Direct staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management for field marketing teams
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools
  • Manage lead transfer processes, database uploads/downloads, and reporting accuracy across digital platforms
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, compliance guidelines, and operational processes
  • Maintain and optimize lead tracking systems and data integrity within CRM platforms
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with event partners, vendors, and community organizations
  • Oversee event assets, inventory, and marketing materials, ensuring readiness and brand consistency
  • Attend and support events as needed to ensure successful execution and business outcomes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • 8–10 years of experience in field marketing, lead generation, event marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing operations
  • Proven leadership experience in team management, recruiting, coaching, and performance optimization
  • Experience managing multi-location or territory-based operations preferred

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

Skills/Knowledge

  • Expertise in field marketing strategy, event marketing, and lead generation best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and performance analytics tools
  • Advanced leadership and coaching capabilities, including employee development and performance management
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, teams, and operational priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience with digital lead capture tools (QR codes, tablets, mobile apps)
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for marketing technology tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 25% travel (in-state and out-of-state)
