Job Description
As a Massage Therapist, you will administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. You will help guests relax, recharge, and feel their best. In our world-class spa environment, you can focus on your craft while providing an exceptional experience every time.

What You’ll Do as a Massage Therapist:
- Be prompt for each appointment and complete services within designated time frames
- Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standards
- Inform and educate guests on wellness concerns and service options
- Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to support cost control
- Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
- Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies
- Prepare rooms, clean and restock as needed between appointments
- Communicate to management any staff or guest issues requiring attention
- Actively promote spa services, treatments, retail products, and available programs or promotions
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environment
- Participate in and support ongoing training and staff meetings
- Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management
- Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring as a Massage Therapist:
- Ability to create customized treatment plans
- Understanding of contraindications and safety standards
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional bedside manner and client service orientation
- Respect for client confidentiality and boundaries
- Ability to work independently or as part of the team
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge
- Must be a team player
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree GED
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Follow instructions without close supervision
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
- Must meet all licensing requirements to practice Massage Therapy in the state of Tennessee
