Job Description:

Are you looking for a fast-paced and exciting job that will challenge you and keep you on your toes? If you are a quick learner with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service, then the Runner position at Westgate Resorts is the perfect job for you!

As a Runner, you will be responsible for delivering requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized storage closet, navigating our resort by providing around-the-clock service, and greeting our guests with a warm and friendly welcome. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our guests and to be part of a team of friendly and supportive colleagues.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Schedule: 3pm-11pm
• Deliver requested items to the staff and guest units promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized storage closet
• Navigate our resort by providing around-the-clock service
• Greet our guests with a warm and friendly welcome

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
• Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have proof of a valid driver's license

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
