Job Description

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to join our high-performing Revenue Management team in Ocoee, FL. The Revenue Coordinator supports daily hotel and resort revenue operations, including rate updates, data entry, reporting, and inventory maintenance across 65+ Westgate resort destinations. In this role, you’ll work on-site in our Ocoee office and will collaborate closely with Revenue Managers, Reservations Specialists, and key corporate teams to ensure accurate pricing, competitive positioning, and real-time availability across multiple systems. You’ll also assist with daily reporting, troubleshooting rate discrepancies, and helping maintain data integrity to support strategic revenue decisions across the Central Florida portfolio and nationwide properties.

You bring strong communication skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to multitask across time-sensitive priorities. This role offers significant exposure to hospitality technology platforms, rate management tools, and cross-functional teamwork—making it a strong entry point for career growth within Westgate’s Revenue, Analytics, and Operations departments.

What You’ll Do (Other duties as assigned)

  • Assist the Revenue Manager in executing pricing strategies and applying inventory restrictions to support revenue performance.
  • Track daily inventory movement to identify opportunities that maximize rental availability, occupancy, and profitability across Westgate properties.
  • Conduct comprehensive rate and inventory audits within SynXis to ensure proper mapping, accuracy, and consistent rate display across all distribution channels.
  • Review online booking channels from the guest perspective to ensure all published rates display correctly and consistently.
  • Manage, update, and maintain accurate rate configurations across SynXis, Expedia, Booking.com, and additional OTA platforms.
  • Perform rate and inventory audits in CSD and Resort Solutions to verify proper mapping and rate display across channels.
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, as directed by the Revenue Manager, to support pricing and inventory decisions.

What You'll Bring:

  • One to two years of related experience in hospitality, administrative support, data entry, reservations, or a similar office environment.
  • High school diploma or GED; one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple systems and time‑sensitive tasks.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to support cross‑functional partners.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with Revenue Managers and internal departments.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and self‑confidence with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; comfortable navigating spreadsheets, reports, and basic data entry tasks.
