Job Description
Pay range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on skills and experience.
Bring new team members into the Westgate family and help them start strong from day one.
As a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in welcoming new hires to Westgate and setting them up for success. You will manage a fast-moving onboarding workflow for 20 or more new hires at a time across several properties and ensure every new team member has a smooth and positive start. If you enjoy organization, communication, and high attention to detail, this role gives you the chance to make a big impact.
What You’ll Do as a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator
- Support a high volume of new hires across 3 to 5 or more properties at one time
- Call new hires to walk them through next steps and answer questions before day one
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, I9s, new hire paperwork, and all compliance requirements
- Track onboarding progress in real time and keep all stakeholders informed
- Organize weekly New Hire Orientation attendance and send confirmed rosters to HR, hiring leaders, Learning and Development, and recruiters
- Ensure every new hire is fully cleared before orientation
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to resolve onboarding questions quickly
- Provide helpful and friendly support to new hires and internal transfers

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- One to two years of onboarding, HR coordination, talent acquisition support, or similar experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred
- Experience managing high volume workflows across multiple locations preferred
- Comfort working in a compliance-driven role requiring strong attention to detail
- Experience with SmartRecruiters, DocuSign, and Sterling/First Advantage highly preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
