We are seeking a visionary Marketing Senior Director to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including digital marketing, brand management, and market research
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies and data-driven approaches
• Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
