Job Description

Help guests relax, recharge, and feel their best. In our world-class spa environment, you can focus on your craft while providing an exceptional experience every time.
 
Duties:

  • Be prompt for each appointment and complete services within designated time frames.
  • Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standards.
  • Inform and educate guests on wellness concerns and service options.
  • Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to support cost control.
  • Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
  • Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies.
  • Prepare rooms, clean and restock as needed between appointments.
  • Communicate to management any staff or guest issues requiring attention.
  • Actively promote spa services, treatments, retail products, and available programs or promotions.
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environment.
  • Participate in and support ongoing training and staff meetings.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must meet all licensing requirements to practice in the state of Utah.
