Job Description

Assist food and beverage outlet manager with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will 

  • Supervise F&B outlets under F&B manager direction

  • Train staff and lead regular meetings

  • Ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and stock rotation

  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and security compliance

  • Oversee service standards and guest satisfaction

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasting

  • Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions

  • Monitor POS use, stock levels, and beverage controls

  • Handle audits, invoices, and vendor relations

  • Authorize comps/discounts within policy

  • Support sales incentives and performance programs

  • Ensure cleanliness, grooming standards, and staff attendance

  • Assist during peak hours and address guest concerns 

  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Have one year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
