Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients in a fun and energetic manner to promote Westgate Resorts' timeshare opportunities.
  2. Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations to showcase our world-class resorts and vacation packages.
  3. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets consistently, striving for that six-figure income potential.
  4. Utilize the industry-leading training provided to effectively communicate the benefits of timeshare ownership.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of Westgate Resorts' products, services, and competitive advantages.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with team members in a high-energy environment to meet and exceed team sales goals.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs, including the Westgate Real Estate Academy.
  9. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  12. Assist in creating and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
  13. Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
