Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient In House Administration professional to join our team in Gatlinburg, United States. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and providing crucial support to various departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, and phone calls
- Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to executives and other team members
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
