Job Description
The Telesales Sales Manager will oversee and manage designated sales team members’ sales production and overall job expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing designated sales team members through motivation, proper guidance, sharing of effective sales techniques, making sure team members are updated on, and follow company and department policies, as well as sales engagement Standard Operating Procedures in the department.
- Responsible for creating opportunities to sell more Westgate Timeshare inventory.
- Responsible for taking over challenging sales negotiations to close sales.
- Responsible for taking over sales-related and all other owner-related escalations and assisting with a resolution that meets the owner’s exceptions as required by the company.
- Responsible for issuing inventory to sales team members to present purchase offers to owners and prospective buyers.
- Responsible for securing the appropriate Business Exception approval before approving sales proposals and proposal verifications.
- Responsible for reviewing sales proposals to ensure accuracy, and compliance with Company Business Rules before approving proposals for Email/Voice Verifications.
- Responsible for compiling all sales-related materials in the appropriate secured folders, and then submitting sales to the department’s contract compliance team for processing.
- Responsible for aiding the various interlocking support teams (Closing officers, P2G, Reservations Team, Resort Team for Safe housing purposes, etc.) post-sale to ensure continuity of great owner experience during and after purchasing.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- Real Estate License, with at least one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the Telesales Department with exceptional sales performance record.
