Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to review and verify proposals for mail-out accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness before sending out paperwork. This includes carefully checking all details and documentation to meet company standards. Once the paperwork is dispatched, the role involves proactive follow-up with clients or stakeholders to ensure that the required documents are returned within established timeframes.
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to resolve any issues that may arise during the process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with timeshare owners and/or internal customers.
- Communicating and following up with timeshare owners by phone, email, and/or letter regarding their outstanding contract documents and assisting them in signing the documents electronically or by mail.
- Assisting timeshare owners with questions about their outstanding documents, making payments, usage inquiries, and/or general account inquiries.
- Responsibilities include verifying sales proposals from internal customers to ensure the proposals are correct and accurate before contracts are entered into the system.
Qualifications
- Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days at home after completing six (6) weeks of paid on-site training (Monday through Friday).
- On-site training and work require commuting to the Ocoee office.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual Spanish is mandatory.
- Must have high-speed internet, a modem, and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions for remote work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor computer issues independently.
- Capable of operating standard office equipment, including a computer, telephone, and calculator.
- Able to review handwritten and digital documents, and work efficiently on a computer screen.
- Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable sitting at a desk for extended periods.
- Experience in customer service, document management, banking, timeshare, or related fields is beneficial.
