Job Description
Responsible for handling owner request in completing title transfer, name Change requests and clearing deceased off title.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
- Track and maintain all incoming mail pertaining to the area on a daily basis
- mail out procedure letters to owners advising of what is needed to complete their transfer.
- Track and maintain mailout codes pertaining to the as needed, ensuring proper follow up is being completed.
- Maintain CSD issues assigned, ensuring issues are being resolved within 24 hours.
- Complete the daily tasks as required by department.
Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
- Extensive customer service experience required.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to perform operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Abilities
- Ability to apply common sense understanding.
- Ability to deal with problems in standardized situations.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to walk, sit, use hands, reach, and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
