Responsible for handling owner request in completing title transfer, name Change requests and clearing deceased off title.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
• Track and maintain all incoming mail pertaining to the area on a daily basis
• mail out procedure letters to owners advising of what is needed to complete their transfer.
• Track and maintain mailout codes pertaining to the as needed, ensuring proper follow up is being completed.
• Maintain CSD issues assigned, ensuring issues are being resolved within 24 hours.
• Complete the daily tasks as required by department.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Extensive customer service experience required.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to perform operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Abilities

• Ability to apply common sense understanding.
• Ability to deal with problems in standardized situations.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to walk, sit, use hands, reach, and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand.
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required.
