Starting pay rate: $19 / hour PLUS earn up to an additional $1,000+ per month with our Incentive Program for upsells and upgrades. Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.
$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS is applicable only to new hires and rehires who have not been employed with Westgate within one year from their last day of employment.

- Greet, register, assign rooms and issue room keys to guests.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Calculate bills, collect payments, and make necessary corrections required.
- Listen to guest complaints and strives to find solutions in a timely manner.
- Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about property and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to Westgate’s company core values: Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service and hospitality experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Experience working in customer facing industries such as hotel, resort, medical, banking, airlines, etc.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new reservation software and technology.
- Ability to multi-task, frequently switching between or simultaneously performing functions of the front desk in order to meet the needs of our guests.
- Fast learner with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English conversationally.
- Enjoys working in a fun face paced environment.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekend.
- Must occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 25+ pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
