Job Description
As a Waterpark Cashier, you will:
- Accept approved forms of payment adhering to accounting standard (with full and complete accountability) up to and including but not limited to: cash, credit cards and vouchers charges
- Follow and comply with all departmental cash/check handling procedures
- Greet all guests that arrive within visible area
- Apply suggestive selling techniques to provide helpful guest service and maximize sales
- Record information pertaining to services rendered
- Maintain cash drawer/bank accountability per company policies
- Adhere to department standard operating procedural manual to include: service standards, cash/check handling procedures, safety and security, stocking and requisitioning
- Conform to discount/complimentary guest check procedures
- Participate in company monthly Goals & Measurements Program
- Be responsible for providing excellent service to owners and guests alike
- Perform POS system responsibility per guidelines
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints in a professional and urgent manner
- Maintain required department records with accuracy
- Follow guest walk-out department procedures
- Complete opening/running/closing duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company equipment
