Job Description

As the Lead Concierge, you will deliver personalized services to our guests, including planning itineraries, making restaurant reservations, and providing information on activities and events in Park City and the surrounding areas. Additionally, the Lead Concierge is available to assist guests with any service requests to ensure their expectations are exceeded during their stay at Westgate Resort, including check-in and operator duties.

  • Coordinates transportation, activities, and dinner reservations for guests.
  • Provides comprehensive information on local dining, shopping, attractions, hiking and biking trails, ski resorts and rentals, national and state parks, scenic drives, and child/pet care services.
  • Assists guests with special requests for various services.
  • Facilitates communication between guests and the Front Office team prior to their arrival.
  • Addresses guest concerns to ensure an exceptional experience, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to enhance the overall operations of the Front Office department, while upholding Westgate's core values of Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and events, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills, with a willingness to learn new reservation software and technology.
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a concierge role is advantageous.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
