Job Description

As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience. Your role includes assisting with guest questions, maintaining a clean entrance area, and communicating with the waitstaff and kitchen team. You will also handle guest concerns professionally and contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on our team.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm.
  • Manage and coordinate reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Keep dining areas clean and set.
  • Ensure critical communication with the kitchen and service team is maintained.
  • Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.
  • Help create a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
