As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:
- Play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
- Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision, and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards.
- Assign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing, answering questions and providing clear direction.
- Inspects and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy.
- Assist in training and development of both existing and new staff members.
- Report engineering issues according to established company procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering top-notch customer service.
Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid Florida State Driver’s License.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Prior experience with HotSOS, property management system preferred.
