Job Description

As a Front Desk Manager, you will:
- Supervise multiple Supervisors and Team Members in the Front Office, and Guest Services.
- Interview, hire, and train team members.
- Plan, assign, and direct work to team members; appraise performance; and implement rewards and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Run rooms report and verify rates.
- Check all Front Desk transactions and make corrections if necessary.
- Complete a Night Audit task sheet and pass along from PM Shift.
- Write vouchers, run folios, run calculator tapes on all vouchers, and balance with the daily report in preparation for the accounting department.
- Generates revenue via the room upgrade program.
- Consistently monitor the company service score platform (Medallia) and build tactics to grow service levels in Medallia, TripAdvisor and other online platforms.
- Be familiar with Forbes rating standards.
- Resolve guest concerns utilizing luxury and Forbes service standards.
- Examine department activities for compliance with management plans and policies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality setting.
- Ability to multi-task, frequently switching between or simultaneously performing functions of the front desk in order to meet the needs of our guests.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and have full flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent customer service skills.
