As a Spray Technician, you will:

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides as needed to lawns, shrubs and plant material in accordance with accepted industry practices, safety procedures, label instructions, and requirements of various Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies.
• Preparing and mixing products according to label instructions and product specifications.
• Calibrate equipment periodically to ensure precise applications.
• Assist in gardening duties as needed.

Requirements

• Limited lawn & ornamental license required.
• Proven experience in similar role, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Ability to effectively operate operations devices & software (HotSOS) by communicating professionally through radios, phones, emails and verbal communications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, couples with strong communication skills.
• The ability to safely use hand tools, electrical tools, battery-powered tools, and any other pertinent tools required by the job, while also being capable of following safety guidelines/practices and recognizing and identifying potential hazards at each property, is essential.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal to no supervision. 
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Must be able to work holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company vehicles.
