Job Description

Provides blowouts, styling, up-dos and trims to guest’s hair. Provides facial hair and hair treatments according to protocols.

Duties

  • Compliance with all CFI policies and procedures
  • Represents Westgate Resorts in a professional manner at all times
  • Cosmetologist License as required by the Department of Professional Licensing.
  • Applies skin, hair, health products, alcohol, lubricants, essential oils, or other products of the spa.
  • Usage of hairstyling will be up to date and skilled according to Serenity Spa standards.
  • Give self-treatment directions to clients such as hair upkeep and retail products.
  • Actively promote and provide detailed descriptions of retail products, sales and special promotions.
  • Examine client and recommend hair and skin treatments.
  • Demonstrate Forbes 5-Star customer service to clients, owners, and visitors.
  • Keep spa treatment rooms clean.
  • Assist with spa side jobs in between treatments, before and after shifts (stocking, laundry, cleaning, etc.) as assigned.
  • Assist in the training of new spa personnel (if applicable).
  • Assist in marketing and special events as necessary.
  • Records treatments furnished to customers.
