Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, working hand-in-hand with our Restaurant Manager to ensure every meal is a symphony of deliciousness. From keeping the financial rhythm steady to overseeing operations, you'll ensure our restaurants run smoothly and our guests leave smiling. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals that can lead by example and are passionate about providing a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management team in assuring high guest satisfaction.
  • Create a festive atmosphere for guests to enjoy while dining in the restaurant.
  • Drive sales.
  • Support a unified team effort to minimize guest issues and build success.
  • Responsible for team member training programs.
  • Responsible for scheduling of all team members.
  • Role model company grooming standards. 
  • Eagerly engages in all activities to achieve monthly goals.
  • Embodies the true meaning of a servant leader by ensuring excellent guest service at all levels.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervises all team members in the location.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
  • Train, coach and direct team members: assign work stations, assess performance, recognize and reward positive behavior as well as addressing and resolving issues.
  • Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.

Qualifications

  • Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Food Handlers Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
  • Must successfully attend Company Mandatory Training programs.
  • Must attend and complete mandatory State required continuing HACCP training.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
