As an Activities Supervisor, you will be responsible for communicating and working with Westgate vendors such as Resort Recreation and Tourism Management (RR & TM), Excursions, Tennis, Caricature Artists, etc. In order to facilitate products and services for the Activities department.

As an Activities Supervisor, you will: 

• Coordinate themed activity and special event programs
• Supervise and oversee team members within the Activities/Kids Club department
• Assist with training of team members
• Plan parties for owners, guests, and team members 
• Assist with set-up and breakdown for special events
• Foster a positive work environment to boost team morale and motivation
• Take charge of the department in the absence of the manager
• Collect daily written reports about the Fitness Center and Game Room
• Attend manager meetings and participate in team member orientation tours
• Cooperate with recreation and non-recreation personnel
• Act as team leader for Activities Department, ensuring resort service standards are met
• Serve as a contact person for entertainment regarding special events
• Stock special event supplies on a weekly basis
• Perform weekly inspections of recreational sites
• Handle replacement of nets and repair and repaint equipment as needed
• Design, create, and maintain decorations
