Westgate Resorts is looking for a Sales Rep Vacation Packages in 8680 Commodity Circle, Orlando, FL.

The primary function of the Vacation Package Activation (VPA) Team is to provide sales tours for resorts located outside of Florida by activation of packages for discounted resort stays. Activation includes manifesting the invites, booking the reservation for the stay, and scheduling the tour date and time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer Inbound Calls from non-owner guests to sell CAT/WSE Vacation Packages.
• Contact guests via Outbound Calls to sell CAT/WSE Vacation Packages.
• Provide 5 Star Customer Service to non-owner guests & OPC’s
• Telesales VPA Team Members will qualify the guest and sell the package.
• After closing the sale, the VPA Team Member will transfer the Vacation Package purchaser to CAT to book the package and take payment.
• Maintains a tracking log of Vacation Packages sold.
• Complete daily minimum outbound call requirements for the department.

Education and/or Experience:

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
