Job Description

SUMMARY
Plans and directs all Field Marketing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Works with Director of Marketing in Smoky Mountains on Field Marketing strategies, uniformity, and personnel recruiting and training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve Marketing objectives
Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range
Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Resolves conflicts and facilitates changes in structure of the marketing team to ensure objective fulfillment and swift response to marketing problems and opportunities.
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all marketing endeavors
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing all of the marketing management team including supervisors and managers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
