Job Description

Promotes Westgate Resorts through selling vacation accommodation packages to qualified potential timeshare purchasers, books direct OPC tours, and provides concierge services in contracted locations.

 

  • Presents and Sells Westgate Vacation Getaways to qualified guests at one of our various contracted locations, including Special events.
  • Arrange and book tours of the resort for potential timeshare sales
  • Provide exceptional service to our potential guests, including maintaining updated information on local area attractions & events.
  • Always maintain Professional image to guests as a team member of Westgate
  • Available days/nights including weekends and holidays.
  • Provide friendly customer service.
  • Must be able to work in various locations and schedules.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.  

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty proficiently.

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months Sales.
  • Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred.

 

Language Skills

  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in a one on one and small group setting, including clients, customers, and other team members.

 

Mathematic Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Physical Demands

  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Not sensitive to Climate, as most of the locations are in an outside setting.
  • Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to complete the assembly of a special event set-up, including assembling a foldable tent, anchor weights, tables, banners, and podiums.
  • No special vision requirements.
