Job Description

Join us as a Transportation Supervisor, where you'll lead a team overseeing buses, limousines, SUVs, transportation dispatchers, and Fleet maintenance specialists. As a Transportation Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise and coach all Transportation team members.
  • Ensure safety is the top priority.
  • Transport resort guests along an established route when needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule Support Staff (30+ team members) and manage their daily duties.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings.
  • Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle when needed.
  • Operate communication devices to communicate with the base station or other vehicles to report disruptions of service.
  • Demonstrate computer knowledge, including proficiency in spreadsheets, Outlook, and the ability to utilize and monitor Limo Anywhere software.
  • Ensure a seamless transportation experience for guests, tours, and team members.
  • Ensure the availability and cleanliness of vehicles.
  • Respond to accidents following established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate traffic issues, such as road closures and alternate routes, to drivers.
  • Train all employees, plan, assign, and direct work.
  • Maintain driver logs.

Qualifications

  • CDL Valid Driver’s License (passenger endorsed).
  • Must have one year of experience in driving the class of vehicle operated and must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
  • Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class.
  • Excellent guest service skills are required.
  • Must be highly proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
