As an HVAC Technician, you will:

• Repair, replace and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
• Work and document a preventative maintenance program
• Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective parts
• Change out air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing with new filters, labeling new filter prior to installation
• Maintain air handler closets regularly
• Perform HVAC preventative maintenance
• Perform any other assigned duties as required

Requirements

• EPA Certification preferred
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
