As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the care of our HVAC units and refrigeration equipment by performing the following duties and performing skilled maintenance jobs.

As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will: 

• Repair, replace, and maintain various HVAC units within our property.
• Implement and document a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure the work area is safe, neat, and in clean condition.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation, listening for sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Examine the form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
• Install special functional and structural parts as required.
• Maintain an accurate daily call log.
• Lubricate and clean parts as part of routine maintenance.
• Test the performance of devices after maintenance or repairs.
• Provide customer service to company standards for guests, ensuring all work order requests are completed efficiently and promptly.
• Remove and install door locks.
• Maintain facility equipment, which may entail carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work beyond general knowledge.
• Install items such as window shades, Venetian blinds, curtain rods, and wall fans.

• Must have an EPA License and experience with HVAC.
• Universal License, Plumbing, CPO and Electrical Certification preferred.
• 1+ year of facilities maintenance or handyman experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
