Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused individuals that will effectively check guests into and out of their tour assignments, as well as coordinate the general office administration and provide customer service to our guests. No experience required!

We offer full and part time positions for day shift from 8:30am - 4:00pm, including weekends. We also offer paid training and the opportunity to grow within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching, resolving, and documenting guest issues
  • Coordinate meetings, make appointments, take detailed minutes, and report back to attendees
  • Coordinate paperwork, for example, PARs, Terms, new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate general office administration including correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, and supply inventory.
  • Answer multi phone lines, take messages and answer general questions regarding complaints and inquiries
  • Provide quality customer service to guests

Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
  • Hospitality or sales experience a plus
