Job Description

General Summary Of Duties:

Ensure the safety of all guests and patrons of the arcade area. Assist management with meeting safety standards, guest service standards and cleanliness. 

Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

Ensure guest service, safety and cleanliness standards are met in the arcade area.

To follow the Retail and Hotel Policies and Procedures.


Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment.

Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers, some of whom will require patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and solve management concerns.

Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.

Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Ability to maintain the condition and appearance of the location.

Respond to guest inquiries.  Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information with hotel guidelines.

Reporting/fixing game issues as needed, including ticket and card malfunctions 

Experience  Requirements

Money handling experience preferred.

Guest service experience preferred

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent


Customer service experience

Flexibility to suit the needs of the Business

Reliability to suit the needs of the Business

Ability to be scheduling during high occupancy and key conventions, able to adapt to schedule changes
